The only reason they get a 1 is because you can't rate lower. My husband and I arrived one early morning around 2 am. They gave us a room that was obviously out of service that someone had failed to put in the books. One bed unmade and taken apart. The door wasn't even locked. We were given another room. It was OK for sleep, but it was a bad design and a bit run down. The guide for tv channels did not lineup with tv. For the money we paid for the room, we were not happy at all! Will NOT be back!
My husband and I stayed here several times over the last few years. The staff was always respectful, courteous and professional. Overall, we like the place.
If I could give it a negative 10 I would. My husband is staying there & they have had no TV for 2 days now. The hot water goes out all the time. Nasty & smells. Breakfast what breakfast! The owners won't do anything about any of the problems. Drug addicts stay there. My husbands job is over Thursday so he will no longer stay at this hotel EVER! I suggest finding another place to stay.
I had an exceptionally comfortable stay. The room was clean and put together well. All of the appliances were functioning properly. Breakfast included cereals, toast, milk, juice, apples, and coffee. Constant hot water in the showers and well-working temperature control unit. Manager kindly accomodated my request to be on the first floor.
Rooms were clean, and comfy beds. Service people were a little rude. No machines work at this place. So no snacks or drinks while staying here.
